As part of the Week of Solidarity with Anarchist Prisoners, some comrades of tribu.x organized a day aimed at maintaining the memories of our imprisoned comrades.
On occasion, a space was opened to write letters to the prisoners and a screening of the film Sacco and Vanzetti. Afterwards, there was a discussion about the current forms of life sentences in first-world prisons.
The day attracted people who were unfamiliar with the situation of prisoners. In addition to the movie interest, it was an opportunity to show a reality, that of the prison, hidden in our societies.
A movement that forgets its prisoners has no future.
